David Higgins established the practice in 2003 after having worked for 14 years in a number of architects and architectural practices. DHArchitectural has been involved in a wide variety of projects from alterations and extensions to existing homes, designing individual once of homes to larger commercial and retail developments, throughout the greater Leinster area.
The aim of the practice is to design buildings, which help to enhance the lives of those living or working within them. All our designs are centred on maximising the use of the light available and making the most of the site and views available. The designs provided also take account of the constraints imposed by either the existing building structure, planning and budgeting requirements.
DHArchitectural specialises in alterations & extensions to existing homes and designing new once of homes. Our designs seek to maximise the use of the existing home and show the full potential that can be achieved through reorientation and the best use of modern building standards.
The use of 3D imaging has greatly enhanced our ability to show clients the full extent of our designs, before moving on with the planning or construction process, thereby allowing the clients to see the building
